INTRODUCTION

‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ has experience in the field of tax preparation, financial and commercial fields such as (business startup assistance, small business loan assistance, bookkeeping, tax auditing assistance, notary and payroll services) and some other services for over a decade, which make us worthy of the trust of our clients; It is always necessary to inform our clients that working in such a field of ours requires lots of confidence, especially since it’s always needed for us to be aware of our client’s financial and tax info so that we can provide them with the most professional consulting available and to be capable of achieving our commitments toward our clients and their benefits, so the following terms and conditions are the general agreement that manages our relationship with our clients and how we introduce our service to them.         

1- Legal and Moral Responsibility of ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ Toward Our Clients: 

As much as we care for providing our clients with the most distinguished financial and tax services, that should never mean our responsibility for the wrong info given or provided to us by the client or any harm that may be occurring because of this false info, as we are only responsible for providing the client with the specific work which we already agreed on with the client by written agreement in a previous time before starting the work so any commitment of ours towards our clients must be in a written form expect for the counseling part (as we might request it verbally).    

2- the Ability to Cancel Any Meeting or Commitment by the Will of ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’

‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ preserves the constant rights of canceling any meeting that already has been appointed with a client by its own will and without the need for the client’s approval. Any meeting with any client doesn’t necessarily mean that ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ is hired by them or accepts to take their work or provide them with our service. When working for a client, ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ can quit this work at any time (and without presenting the other party with an excuse). If the client already paid fees, then the firm has to give them the money back except if ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ paid them already to the authority and after reducing the expenses.

3- Acts of the Agreement:

Any agreement that occurs between ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ and a client is subject to the laws of Florida state then the laws of us in case the laws of Florida have legislative deficiencies, such as the absence of the legislative code, and the laws of Florida are always applied regardless of the nationally of the client or where their business/headquarter occurs.  

4- Dealing With More Than One Client: 

‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ is ‘surely’ dealing with many clients that may lead to working for two rivals at the same time or providing them with consults about their business at the same time, and that should never mean that ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ is leaking the information of its clients, as it’s the client’s commitment to reveal that they have rivals and ask ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ to never work with them in a written agreement.

5- Our General Politics Toward Our Clients:  

To provide our clients with the most honest advice, you must remember that we are only committed to doing work, not to achieving a result, and by that, we mean the world of business is developing continuously, and whichever may be working today isn’t necessarily going to work the other day, so when we provide you with any service or consult you, we are not responsible for misapplication. Also, we can never force a bank or any financing firm/individual to provide a client with the finance they ask for, as our job is only to prepare you as much as possible to be compatible with the terms of financing or loan.      

6- Our Policy Towards Obtaining Our Fees:

Once ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ has made its commitments towards the client and in case that client is indebted to the firm with fees or didn’t fulfill their liability toward the firm, then they must pay at once whatever fees they own to ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ or else we have the right to take whatever legal action that is necessary to claim our rights/compensations.

7- the Obligation Towards the Law:

‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ is committed to acting according to the law and to doing business according to it, so if it appears that the client is breaking the law or having any illegal business, then any commitment of ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ towards that client and nothingness is the same without prejudice to the right of ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ to be compensated.

8- the Individuals and Corporations That We Can Accept:

It’s known that the law in most states requires that to start a business, the person should be over 18 (or they must comply with the requirements set by law). Therefore, ‘Premier Economic Solutions LLC.’ can’t accept clients unless they comply with the law. We only can if the work required is to deliver a professional consulting.    

9- Our Politics in Case of Changing the Terms and Conditions:

We may change the previous terms and conditions at any time with our own will due to the rapid developments occurring every second in the world and the business so that we can provide you with the most professional service available, so the user is demanded to read the terms and conditions whenever it’s decided to benefit from our services.
